Muscular System
System interactions:
The muscular system interacts with the nervous system by directing empulses through the body to other body systems. Another body system the muscular system interacts with is the digestive system, because the muscular system pushes food through the digestive system ands mechanically chews and churns food for easy digestion. Also the muscular system interacts with the skeletal system by connecting to the bones by cartilage and allows movement.
System Diseases:
Muscular Dystrophy is a genetic disease,it is a group of inherited muscle disease that causes damage to muscle fibers.
Cerebral Palsy is one of the muscular system diseases where a persons posture, balance and motor functions are affected.
Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva; this is a very rare congenital disorder that causes the soft tissues to become hard like bones permanently.
Homeostasis:
The muscular system remains homeostasis by protecting some of our organs and controlling involuntary and voluntary movement.
