Circulatory System
System interactions:
The Circulatory system interacts with the endocrine system by transporting hormones throughout the body to the places that are in need a specific hormones. The circulatory system also interacts with the digestive system by taking the absorbed nutrients form the food and transporting them throughout the body. Another system the circulatory interacts with is the respiratory by transporting oxygen and carbon dioxide throughout the body for survival.
System diseases:
High blood pressure or hypertension is a condition, when the systolic pressure exceeds 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure exceeds 90 mmHg.
Peripheral vascular disease is disorder in the blood vessels that are not part of the brain and heart.
Aortic aneurysm is bulging in the wall of the aorta, the largest artery of the body.
Homeostasis:
The circulatory system carries all hormones/nutrients throughout the body to other systems to help remain homeostasis througtout the whole body. It is pretty much the helper to all other body systems to tell them how to remain homeostasis.
